RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our Returns policy lasts 30 days. If it is over 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags and labels attached. You must have the original receipt, proof of purchase.
You can return your items to us, within 14 days of delivery, in their original condition for a full refund or credit note, excluding p&p costs. You are also responsible for all Return postage costs. Please use the returns label found on your delivery note when returning your parcel to us and obtain proof of postage. Any parcels returned outside of the 14 day period will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund.
Once your return has been received and checked we will notify you and the approved credit will automatically via the original payment method.
We are unable to offer a free returns service, however, if an item is faulty or incorrect then we will reimburse your postage costs up to an agreed amount.

Please note that we are unable to offer refund or exchange on any Sale or reduced items and also on any Earrings as they are excluded from our returns policy due to hygiene reasons.
*Please note, refunds will not be given on items deemed unfit for resale, reasons may include:
• makeup marks
• perfume smell
• tan marks
• strong odours
• damage on homeware incurred after delivery
• damaged box/packaging on homeware/gifts
WE WANT YOU TO BE HAPPY - Contact us to let us know straight away if you have received an incorrect or faulty item. We will need your name, order number, the name or product code of the item you were supposed to receive or details of the faulty item. We will work with you to sort any problems immediately.
